NWT Spandex hiphop shorts with drawstring ruching waist & sides mc/SA

This is a designer sample, it was never produced, there is no catalog photo of it anywhere, the size on this pair of shorts says Medium child but they look more like a small adult to me since they are made out of a polyester spandex and have as much stretch as a leotard. the inseam is 5 inches. the waist and the side ruching strips are a drawstring and they are cuffed. The hips are 19 inches across and they would easily fit a waist of 28 inches. BT256
