NEW with tags, a ladies Boy Short.  Made in the USA by PUMPERS, top name in dance and exercise wear, of high quality stretchy nylon/Lycra.
Inseam is 2", waist band is 1" and the black short is 8-1/2" down the leg from the top of the waist band.  Style 5006.
Size is woman's Small and large.  These have some shine to them.
