These are new without hangtags from Main street. They are a denim blue polyester spandex made to look like denim.These shorts are super cute but I could not find a catalog shot of them so I think they were a designer sample and never used at all. Size is intermediate child which is a sz 6x-7 girls. These shorts would have retailed at and are perfect. K510
